Knano Graphenes and Zhongtai Chemical (SHENZHEN 002092) announced that the two companies had entered into a agreement to create a strategic partnership on July 30th. Under the agreement, the two companies agreed to begin joint development of products for industries.

ZhontTai Chemical is one of the top industrial groups of chlor-alkali, generating, crude salt, calcium carbide and coke. It listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Zhongtai Chemical has more than 10000 staffs. By the end of 2012, its production capacity is 1,600,000 tons of PVC Resin, 1,200,000 tons of Caustic Soda, 3x150MW of combined heat and power plants, it has been the top Chlor-alkali Industry in China.
