Application Background
Solid-state electrolytes is the key material for solid-state lithium-ion batteries, essential for achieving stable energy transmission. Solid-state electrolytes (SSE) are solid ion conductors, replacing liquid electrolytes in lithium-ion batteries, offering increased safety, no toxic organic liquid leakage, low flammability, non-volatility, mechanical and thermal stability, easy processability, low self-discharge, higher power density, and recyclability. LATP is chemically stable, especially at high voltages and in air, with practical ionic conductivity levels (up to 1.0x10-3 S•m-1 through doping), suitable for electrode coating, ionic conductors, composite electrolyte films, and separator coatings.
